Topsy Kola-Oyeneyin (TKO) is a seasoned systems change leader and transformation expert, with over 20 years of global experience working with institutions, regulators and investors across Africa to develop ambitious growth programs and execute large-scale transformations.

A Stanford University alumnus, she holds a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering. She began her career at IBM and was most recently a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she served as the inaugural co-lead of McKinsey’s payment practice for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Topsy currently leads Augmentum Advisory, a growth and value creation firm, focused on supporting senior leaders across the private, public, multilateral, and philanthropic sectors in realizing ambitious growth programs.

A wife and mother of two daughters, Topsy is passionate about both digital innovation and the empowerment of young Africans, and effectively marrying both to transform African economies.
