Triggers For Personal Change

Triggers For Personal Change

“What’s dangerous is not to evolve”

I’ve been reflecting recently on Personal Change. What will make your 2024 different from last year? I’ve learned that every day,  every week, or even every year could look just like the last if we aren’t intentional about evolving.

After some reflection, I Identified five things that serve as catalysts for change in my ongoing journey. I believe they can do the same for you:

  1. Information you have; particularly insight. Insight compels action. What will you commit to learning this year?
  2. People you meet.  How will you deliberately expand your circle this year?
  3. Experiences you have.  Exposure matters.  Stepping out of your comfort zone is good.  What new activity will you try this year?
  4. Places you go. Where will you go to see things from a different angle and broaden your perspective?
  5. Problems you solve, particularly the people you choose to serve.  What problem are you determined to solve this year?

This year, be doers and not just readers (or hearers) only.  Don’t diffuse your energy. Pick at least one of these 5 triggers and actually apply it.

Personal transformation comes at a cost, but it also comes with a guaranteed reward.

While evolving, stay grateful for where you are and what you are able to do. Stay appreciative. There is always something to be thankful for.

Yours in possibilities,

TKO

  1. Thank you so much for this TKO. I was having a similar meditation recently. Seeing them outlined so simply has solidified my intention to make changes this year. Number 1 will definitely be my starting point. Off to learning!🚀
